    A group of intelligentsia has sent a letter to the president of the country with the offer to review the TV broadcasting policy. Hovik Vardumyan - prose writer, participant of Artsakh war, and Margarit Khachatryan - literature critic, PhD in philological sciences, also agree that Armenian TV companies produce low quality and outdated products.
