Learn more about the history of Armenia, our heritage, our language, our traditions, and values during the radio program “Akunk” (Source).
This time we're talking with Russian-Armenian University lecturer, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics Vladimir Harutyunyan about a less known event in our history, the Armenian-Georgian War of 1918. This war began after the inhabitants of Uzunlar and Disik villages revolted against the Georgian violence. The military actions were stopped on December 31 by the efforts of Tbilisi-based French and British missions. These events are the topic of another collection comprised by our guest, "The Armenian-Georgian War (1918): Materials and Documents."
